How do I pay for my Meal Plan?
Meal plans are billed per semester and added to the tuition bill.
I am a first year student looking for a meal plan.
Dining Options for on campus living 1st and 2nd year students
17 meal plan+family and friend swipes +200 dining dollars and a bottomless cup-$1950 17 meals per week, Sunday through Saturday
12 meal plan +5 family and friend swipes +$300 dining dollars-$1750 12 meals per week, Sunday through Saturday
The number of meals on each meal plan option resets on Sunday morning of each week to either 17 or 12. Family and Friends swipes are 5 per semester and allow you to bring a friend or family member to dine with you. 1st and 2nd year residential students must select either the 17 meal plan or the 12 meal plan.
Can I change my Meal Plan?
Students can increase their meal plans throughout the semester but they can only reduce or delete their meal plan before the 12th class day. If you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, please contact Residential Living and Learning at (254) 968-9083.
Where do I sign up for a Meal Plan?
All new residential first-year & transfer students sign up for a meal plan during the housing application process. Returning resident students select their meal plans during the room selection process.
What are Dining Dollars?
Dining Dollars are different from Texan bucks. Different meal plans can come with different amount of dining dollars and they can be used to purchase items all over campus, including at our Dining hall and retail locations. However dining dollars for students expire at the end of each semester.
